Hey — I'm Adhitya. My career started not in Figma, but in SQL queries. Three years in Data Governance at BRI — tracking Rp 23 trillion in social assistance disbursed across 5 million recipients. Unglamorous work, and the best design education I never planned for.
When you've spent years watching data break, get misread, or fail to reach the right person — you start designing very differently. You stop treating "the user" as abstract and start treating them as someone confused, rushed, and on a screen smaller than you'd like.
Today at BRI, I lead design and product ownership for platforms serving millions — from farmers receiving subsidies to MSME owners growing their first business. Lately I've been pairing that with AI tools and modern frontend stacks to turn concepts into working prototypes faster than any traditional handoff allowed.
